Message from the Principal
Dear Middle School East Families,
A very warm welcome to Middle School East! Whether your family is returning for another year or joining our community for the very first time, I am absolutely thrilled to partner with you for the upcoming school year.
Our school is home to a vibrant, caring learning community of 1,075 students in grades 5–8. Every day, our goal is to create an environment where every student feels safe, valued, and inspired to reach their full potential. Inside and outside the classroom, our dedicated educators provide a well-rounded educational experience that challenges students, sparks curiosity, and develops the critical thinking and problem-solving skills they need to thrive.
At Middle School East, we believe that student success is built on a strong partnership between home and school. Your support, involvement, and communication are invaluable. We encourage you to stay connected throughout the year by attending school events, participating in parent opportunities, and reaching out whenever you have questions, ideas, or concerns. Together, we can ensure every student has a positive and successful middle school experience.
Thank you for entrusting us with your child's education. I look forward to getting to know your family and working together to make this school year one filled with learning, growth, meaningful relationships, and memorable experiences.
Warmly,
Sherri Schendzielos
