All parents and visitors are asked to report directly to the office upon entering the building to obtain a visitor/volunteer pass. Visitors will be required to provide government-issued identification. The administration reserves the right to deny visitors.

At Middle School East we are always seeking learning opportunities for students and appreciate volunteers who are willing to share their time, knowledge, and talents with staff and students in our school.

Background Checks for School Classroom Volunteers & Chaperones
Volunteer background checks are part of our efforts to keep our schools safe for students, staff, and visitors. Please see below to learn how to complete your secure background check. There is a $15 fee to have a background check processed through the school district. This is a one-time fee that lasts throughout your child's education.
School classroom volunteers and chaperones must have a one-time background check completed by ISD 885. Please click on the link below to start the process! The one-time fee to process a background check is $15.00 and all major credit cards are accepted.
