Contact & Hours

If your child will be absent, late, or leaving early, please report it using one of these options (in order of preference):

1. ParentVUE – Log in, click Attendance, and enter the details.

2. Email – Send a message to meattendance@mystma.org.

3. Phone – Call (763) 497-2655, press 1 for Attendance, and leave a message.

When reporting an absence, please include:

• Your child’s full name (please include spelling)

• The reason for the absence

• The expected duration of the absence

Early Pickups:
If you need to pick up your child within two hours, please call (763) 497-2655 and press 2 for the Main Office to speak directly with staff so we can prepare for your arrival.

Unreported Absences:
If we have not received notice and your child is absent, the school will attempt to contact you to verify the absence. Any absence that is not reported will be recorded in the system as unexcused.

At STMA, we strive for excellence in everything we do while creating a warm, welcoming environment for our students and families. The best way to experience this is by visiting us in person! A tour gives you the chance to explore our school, meet our dedicated staff, and feel the energy of our vibrant school community.
