Absences

If your child will be absent, late, or leaving early, please report it using one of these options (in order of preference):

1. ParentVUE – Log in, click Attendance, and enter the details.

2. Email – Send a message to meattendance@mystma.org.

3. Phone – Call (763) 497-2655, press 1 for Attendance, and leave a message.

When reporting, please include:

• Your child’s full name (spelling included)

• Reason for the absence

• Expected duration of the absence

Early Pickups:
If you need to pick up your child within 2 hours, please call (763) 497-2655 and press 2 for the Main Office to speak with someone directly.

Unreported Absences:
If we have not heard from you and your child is absent, the school will attempt to contact you to confirm.
